Shipping policy
We take great care in preparing and shipping every order. Please review the following shipping policies before completing your purchase.
1. ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment is received, unless otherwise stated.
During busy periods, holidays, or special events, additional processing time may be required.
We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
2. DOMESTIC SHIPPING (UNITED STATES)
All domestic orders are shipped from our studio in New York, USA.
Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please note that ki:ri Space is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.
If any issue occurs after shipment, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking information.
3. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently ship internationally to most countries.
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees determined by the destination country. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
If you choose the “Delivered Duty Paid (DDP)” option at checkout (when available), customs fees will be prepaid during checkout to avoid additional charges upon delivery.
4. ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please ensure that all shipping information is correct before completing your purchase.
ki:ri Space is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
5. UNDELIVERED OR RETURNED PACKAGES
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or unclaimed delivery,
the buyer will be responsible for the reshipping cost.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. LOCAL PICK-UP
Local customers may choose studio pick-up at our New York atelier.
Pick-up orders must be scheduled in advance and confirmed via email before arrival.
